[器材] +K-type 溫度電表
為Fresh Roast 500添加了溫度電表 購於Sweet Maria's
探針插在豆子堆裡面測溫 溫度有時會爆衝 一次衝個4~6度C又降回去3~5度C
一爆168度C 二爆192度C 烘完70g豆子 大概15min吧
最高溫度到200度C左右 二爆剛開始就下豆
包著探針和耐熱材質的膠布有半截在快二爆時燒掉 有聞到臭味
降溫後拿出來看 另外半截還在探針那條線上
這鍋豆子我是不敢喝了 http://goo.gl/Pn0r
到時候杯測 "嗯...有柑橘味 烏梅味 皮革味...咦?!...不對 是電工貼布味"
"嗯 我的資料庫裡面好像還沒這個口味分類(筆記)"
請問這種情況要怎麼避免呢? 讓他燒完就沒事了?
還是說我探針擺的位置不對 太靠近熱源?
