櫻花蝦上品的甘甜和蕎麥麵纖細的風味融合在一起
一旦開始吃到吃完為止都停不下來, 有宛如升天般的蕎麥麵順喉感以及
有海的妖精美譽的櫻花蝦風味將食物包覆住而產生瞬間完食的錯覺
秘訣是「太白胡麻油」幾乎不加熱, 用生胡麻榨出來的油雖然無味無臭但卻有上品的美味
使用這種油可以不干擾到蕎麥麵和櫻花蝦的風味, 裹上輕薄的油衣
這道料理是紀之國寧寧不斷積累的「時間」和江戶蕎麥麵的「傳統」之力所形成的
