補充說明一些技術問題
F1的規章
禁止:
主動空氣動力學技術
(例如吸塵器(1970 chaparral 2J),或者是可動式套件(F-duct) 但是有一個東西合法)
柴油車(這一點LMP是歡迎的,例如現在滿街被人加錯油的TDI車,就是LMP的成果)
ABS(早年威廉斯用過)
自排車(早年有自動排檔車參賽 現代禁止),無檔車(CVT,連續傳動系統)
地面效應車(因為太危險 一旦失效就會完蛋)
然後
FIA也引入了一些新技術
例如合法的可變尾翼(DRS,規則上只有可以用的區域可以用 俗稱DRS zone)
還有加速器(KERS,現在直接整合成為ERS,自動啟用)

基本上來說違反FIA競賽章則
根據FIA formula 1 sporting regulation 20.2
Drivers must use the track at all times. For the avoidance of doubt the white
lines defining the track edges are considered to be part of the track but
the kerbs are not.
A driver will be judged to have left the track if no part of the car remains
in contact with the track.
Should a car leave the track the driver may rejoin, however, this may only
be done when it is safe to do so and without gaining any advantage.
A driver may not deliberately leave the track without justifiable reason.

簡單的說明
車手必須隨時都在賽道內
車手"不可以"蓄意在無"合理理由"之下離開賽道
而賽道的定義則是在"白線"以內 但是路肩不算數
車手"不可以"因此獲得優勢(例如超車) 必須在安全狀況下回到賽車場內
風見違反20.2的不可以因此獲得優勢
而且風見沒有足夠的理由說明自己合法離開賽道
