辣是一種痛覺沒錯
人類的舌頭上不存在"辣味"的受器
所謂的辣其實一種疼痛的表現
在妙手小廚師裡面曾提過吃到太辣的東西使得喝水也沒有效果時
這時候的解決方式是含冰塊
用這種方式來說的話
應該就比較能和痛覺做出聯想了
感覺太辣時
喝水也只時把嘴裡的食物沖掉而已
並沒有止痛效果
所以需要用冰塊來麻痺感覺痛的神經
才能將辣味消除掉
