[問題] 減肥停滯期
老公4個月前做了健康檢查之後. 痛下決心開始減肥
努力了3個月,靠著夜騎腳踏車1小時+飲食少油少量,從86kg降到81kg
上個月到醫院回診,膽固醇跟肝指數都從超標降到正常值(大歡呼!!)
以老公的身高(163cm), 他努力的空間還很大咧~~
希望第二階段至少能降到75kg, 好讓膝蓋的負擔不要這麼大
不過, 最近一個月進入了停滯期, 體重在80.5~81之間都沒什麼進展
他目前還是維持少吃+運動的方式減肥
運動: 騎腳踏車(方式是連續騎20km,約1小時不間斷)
只要沒下雨,他就會出去騎車, 這一個月颱風+下雨, 騎的次數就少了
飲食: 早餐--吐司2片或大饅頭半個, 荷包蛋, 咖啡(加一點點糖&奶精)
中餐--6吋的Subway火雞胸肉,不加cheese, 喝水
晚餐--有時候陪我正常吃, 或者吃Subway(同上), 喝咖啡, 有時吃點水果
想請問各位大大,有沒有什麼改進的方式,能脫離停滯期呢??
