德翼空難事件 長榮實施飛航新規

德國廉價航空德國之翼(Germanwings)24日撞山墜毀,造成150人罹難。初步調查報告發
現副駕駛蓄意撞山,導致悲劇發生。為避免類似德翼航空不幸事件的再發生,長榮航空今
(28)日宣佈,自今晚12時起立即實施所有航機駕駛艙內必須要有兩個人,以維護駕駛艙安
全。
鑒於此次德翼航空空難事件,國際民航組織lCAO及民航局都在研究修正駕駛艙規定,長榮
航空董事長張國煒表示,不應等待民航主管機關的修正辦法,只要對飛航安全有正面意義
的措施,就要立刻實施。因此,下午與相關主管討論後,決定於今晚12時開始,所有長榮
航空航班皆必需要有二人在駕駛艙內,以維護駕駛艙安全。
張國煒強調「沒有飛安就沒有服務品質」,在得知德翼航空可能是因只有一名駕駛獨自鎖
在機艙內,而造成這樣嚴重的飛安事故後,深感震驚,也因此立刻修改該公司現行駕駛艙
之規定。
