[徵求] 各位專家，想問一下這句的主詞在哪?
偶的專業是程式，但最近幫偶的老師翻一篇文章，可是英文離我很遠了
想問一下各位專家，
1.with delivering [them]的them，指的是「產品或服務」嗎
2 「, are not measured」的主詞是在哪
3 另外「, are not measured 」的逗號與are之間是不是省略了什麼?是that關代嗎?

Unfortunately, while most organizations are aware of these key customer
engagement imperatives, employees who are tasked with delivering them are
either constrained by the lack of integration across functions, are not
measured and rewarded appropriately for doing so, or lack the understanding
of best practice customer management.
