[問題] 請問一段英文的意思 :)
原文是
more is known about the scope of quality defitics from countries that have
started to tackle these problem with the help of comprenhensive reporting
systems.In countries where little is known about quality deficits from official
sources,the situation may be similar,as has been suggested by epidemiological
research based on standardised instruments across countries.
我的翻譯是
眾所皆知的是，我們多是透過各國家的全面性報導系統來追蹤品質瑕疵的範圍。然我們
較少注意的是，各國家內的品質監控資訊多來自官方資料，這情況乃十分類似流行病學研
究時，所建議需立基於跨國的標準化工具。
我覺得翻得不太好，因為翻完還是不知道這段話要表達的意思。
我主要的問題在於more跟little應該是兩句相對照的話
但我還是不知道怎麼翻比較適切
