剛好有空給點觀念:
學歷有用的領域:
Biotech, Medical, Drug, Defense, Aero, Food research...
舉凡需要強大資本燒下去給研發人員的產業, 必須動用到Phd等級以上.
連碩士都只能在公司裏當個助理.
學歷無用的領域:
Farming, Fishing, Service, Manufacturing, Transportation...
比較不用動到研發的人員, 只需要講求效率和成本時, 學歷比不上經驗.
這也就是為什麼很多製造業大廠培養的人員會從生產第一線一路培養上管理階層.
沒帶過生產人員的人,就不懂怎麼去做人員管理和流程改善.
家世背景有用的領域:
Finance and banking
高度管制的行業, 沒有後台是不行的. 不論是哪個國家都一樣.
投胎時已經決定你適不適合走這一行啦.科科...
