[泳技] 捷式腳打水
各位前輩大家好
先前已經練得蛙泳不求速度可以400M一次游完
現在要改加強我的自由式,捷泳
但我發現自己的問題是
才游不到25m,腿就開始痠
我有注意自己是否膝蓋彎曲了像騎腳踏車那樣
但就是游不遠,容易喘
體力這方面我想還行,難道田徑選手就不適合游泳嗎= =\\\
我也刻意放慢划手的速度,手插入水後會停一下 讓自己休息
不過在換氣的時候,向右邊轉頭吸氣
左手就無法繼續維持伸直,必須要開始划水才不會失去平衡
請問這兩點該如何改進呢
