[問題] 要怎麼大腿帶動小腿
請問各位
我最近剛學游泳
看了一些精華區的文章和聽聞周圍的朋友說
練打水要大腿帶動小腿
可是我也知道
但...在水中就是行不通
每次都好像只有小腿在動
導致水花都很大
要不然就是打水打很久
結果只前進一點點
然後喘的要命
要怎麼才能輕鬆的讓大腿帶動小腿
平常有什麼方法可以練習嗎
不然說實在的每次去游泳池都是一樣結果= =
