[問題] 游泳與重訓
請問各位大大
現在的速度 1000/35~40min
一天大概游個2000~2500
因為想要挑戰救生員訓練班
但苦於蛙式游太慢 自由式也大概過門檻而已
怕連一百蛙式一百自由式共六分鐘 門檻都過不了
又不知道應該怎麼樣增進自己的速度
是該調整姿勢 還是重訓增強肌力
姿勢的話有在問同學
那請問重訓的時候要做哪些器材
對於游泳的速度比較有幫助呢?
(蛙式跟自由式都想變快)
