先謝謝這個版的朋友 陪我走過好幾個年頭
也謝謝許多高手不吝分享指教 讓我獲益良多
現在 我遇到人生最大的瓶頸:有壓力就吃...吃不停
一旦發現自己不如人之處 就很焦慮 即使事情沒那麼嚴重
(考不上又不會死 明年還有 但我真的很想一次考上 )
怎麼扭轉自己的負面思考? 不要情緒不穩大吃大喝?
我想學習正向的情緒和思考~~~有沒有人可以指點迷津呢? 謝謝!
