[食物] 請教可以穩定情緒的食物
最近要準備大考
總是希望能夠靜心讀書
可是最近卻偏偏越來越毛躁(/‵Д′)/~ ╧╧
印象中有某些特定食物
吃了之後可以穩定情緒
(似乎是因為含有某些礦物質和維生素?)
有沒有可以推薦的平易近人的穩定情緒食品呢?XD
