I fell in a dream, a dreadful vision. There I lay in the bed of my last moment, And in the air was a mournful sentiment. Gazing at the pale floor through eyes obscure, I dreamed in dream, all life's colorful lure. An extravagant shroud, I was the wearer; White phantoms drew nearer and nearer. "Let go, let go!" singing a requiem monotone, "A piece of earth and a grey stone, Thou shall own, therefore let go, let go!" As awakened to know Time be my fatal foe, That a soul tires and wrinkles, Shall I rage to ignite life's sparkles, Though in the death bed in dying odor, Raise my withered hand to grab "one day more!" Let my fierce tears boil to burn the shroud, And "live on, live on!" my heart will cry aloud, "To love, to sing those thee life bestowed upon, For which thou hold dear, live on, live on!" I rose back to life, a beautiful vision. -- Where words fail, music speaks. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.119.200.66
