〈列車が遅れた場合〉
●特急・急行列車が、到着時刻より2時間以上遅れた場合は、特急・急行料金の全額

●列車などが遅れたことによって、乗り換え列車などに接続しなかったため、お約束

If the delay is attributable to the SNCF, compensation in the form of a
"Travel Voucher" is offered to passengers. It represents one third of the
price of the ticket. The amount of compensation may not be less than €4.60.
This promise does not apply when the cause of the delay cannot be attributed
to the SNCF (malicious action, demonstration by persons outside the SNCF,
appearance of an obstacle on the track, etc.).

than 60 minutes late at the station where you alight, you are entitled
to compensation.
* ICE Sprinter passengers are further entitled to compensation for the value
of the ICE Sprinter supplement as from a delay of more than 30 minutes.
* If you have a ticket for a standard or Sparpreis fare (including any
BahnCard 25 or 50 discount) you are entitled to a credit worth 20 per cent
of the value of the single journey affected by the delay.
* Holders of a Mobility BahnCard 100 are entitled to a lump sum of EUR 15.00
in 1st class and EUR 10.00 in 2nd class.
* The ICE Sprinter supplement, for which compensation is payable for delays
of 30 minutes or over, costs EUR 15.00 in 1st class and EUR 10.00 in 2nd
class.
* Holders of a season ticket are entitled to a lump sum of EUR 7.50 in 1st
class and EUR 5.00 in 2nd class.
* If you cannot continue your journey by 24 h as planned because you have
missed your connecting train, Deutsche Bahn will alternatively assume the
costs of accommodation or of a taxi for a maximum of EUR 80.00.
The railways of the EU, Norway and Switzerland all compensate their
customers in case of delays of more than 60 minutes on international
daytime trains or 120 minutes on night trains. The application is always
processed by the railway undertaking which issued the ticket. A list of the
international customer support offices is contained in the brochure
"Bahnreisen" (German only). Deutsche Bahn also compensates customers on
cross-border services for delays and missed connections caused by long-
distance trains inside Germany if this means that arrival is delayed by
more than 60/120 minutes.
