中:4片全麥土司/3顆水煮蛋/燙青菜/雞胸肉
晚:4片全麥土司/3顆水煮蛋/燙青菜/雞胸肉

想請問如果是蛋奶素食者 不可能吃雞胸肉嘛..
那該用什麼食材 來替代雞胸肉的部份呢???
