[話題] 關於女生健身
最初進ptt是為了fitness和musclebeach
最近晃到拉版才發現原來這幾年在認同中掙扎的我並不孤單
看看版上的自介和她介
或許是因為對於健身的熱情
總會特別留意一下關於身材敘述的部分
第一次發現有人以「身高-體重」來敘述
因為其實同重的肌肉和脂肪體積差了3倍
所以很想來問問~
現在運動風氣的確越來越盛行
但是大部分女生對於「身材好」的定義仍是偏瘦以及只看體重
泡芙也無所謂只要看起來瘦瘦的就好~
在我開始決定要下體重巔峰時的確也是想要這種身材
但是!!
自從接觸重訓後發現
肌肉才是性感王道!
(可以google一下瑞瑪席丹RimaZedian)
所以就算時不時會有人說女生不要練太壯
我還是充耳不聞!
畢竟女生能增加1kg肌肉都可以感動痛哭了
根本不可能太壯!
好啦我的問題是...
在這個女生比例應該超高的版上~
1.有在健身的人也有人以增加肌肉當目標嗎?
(如果有的話或許可以開個健身群組??)
2.大家喜歡像Rima這樣的微肌肉身材還是像...瑋甯這樣瘦瘦的樣子呢?
(客觀起見要把臉遮起來看)
3.私心想問踢們~不管妳有沒有運動習慣,如果躺在身邊的另一半的夢想是在肚子上裝上
個冰塊盒以及翹臀,妳會介意嗎~
(因為她可能會被世俗判定為太壯或太有肉之類...)
