7月初,賣方來了一封信:
For orders worth Euro 5.000 and more , which we receive from you latest on 15th
July, 2006
for delivery latest 31.08.2006 we are willing to grant you 30 days valuta.
In case you intend to increase your stock in September we offer to you a specia
l discount
of 3 % for orders worth Euro 5.000 and more which we receive latest on 15.07.20
06 for delivery
until 30.09.2006.
以上我的理解為：
訂單歐元5000元以上, 且最晚在2006年7月15日從你那收到, 且最晚交貨為2006年8月31日,
我們將給予你30天外匯總值.
假使9月你想增加你的庫存我們給你特別折扣3%在訂單歐元5000元以上且我們最晚在2006年
7月15日收到且交貨日至2006年9月30日止.
後我寫了一封信,內容如下:
According to your mail, order for eur 5000 and more which send to you before 7/
15, the order will be given more 30 days that as usual payment term if its deli
very time is before end of August. Or the order will be given 3% discount if i
ts deliver time is before end of September.
後來,我方下訂單,但p/I上無3%折扣,
去信問 : Regarding order, shall we be given 3% discount as per your mail mentio
ned?
對方回應 : as per our special order we agree to either 3% special discount or 3
0 days valuta which means that you would have to pay our invoice after 120 days
instead of 90 days.
但後來的inovice也無3%折扣,有30 valuta
後來去信問3%折扣和120天付款期日為哪一天,
它只回我付款期限日為哪一天, 並無回應3%折扣之事,
(然後,我方是在7月中前下的訂單,
它的inovice日期雖然是打9月的日期,實際上10中旬才裝船,
比他答應我們的足足晚了好久, 差不多一個月吧)
(我們是tt, 但以往都是l/c)
我想請問, 我可以怎樣要求對方給我3%折扣, 和30天valuta嗎？
順便請問valuta之意，我大約知道是延期付款，但有有沒專業的翻譯，
奇摩字典是翻"通貨價值"
