[問題] Apple ID 被停用

我確定問問題前我有爬過文、查閱過精華區與置底,我真的找不到我問題的解答。
我保證我的問題和盜版沒有任何關係,若以上有虛假,版主可逕行處分
發問請附上iOS版本、機種等相關資訊,方便板友判斷問題所在喔

其實也不算是問題,我現在快氣炸了
剛剛要更新app時,發現我的Apple ID被停用了
打去客服詢問,他說我違反條例,所以系統自動把我鎖住,並且是無法解鎖的
之前花錢購買的app就這樣放水流了...

我是打電話去客服之後,才上來po文的
客服是說我因為違反使用條例,系統自動停用該ID,我要客服指出我違反哪一條
客服:我也看不到哦!下次新辦ID不要再違反條例了 ^.<

我也想知道是什麼原因...連客服都無法回答我的問題,我就更不用說了
客服說是系統自己停用,他也無法看到我違反哪一條
我甚至在電話說我不排處採取法律行動
客服:先生您好,您當然有這個權利採取行動^.<

剛剛收到美國客服的來信(不得不說今天中午寄,下午就收到還滿快的)
信件內容是叫我重新設定密碼再嘗試看看,結果我重設之後還是不行
害我燃起的希望又被澆滅了...
信件說如果還是無法解決,叫我打電話給當地的客服
剛剛再次打電話過去,想說要換個說法看看能不能突破
結果帳號安全團隊忙線,客服叫我晚點再打...

剛剛打電話和 Apple 客服交戰第二回合(應該算是第三了,上一通忙線)
這次的客服問完之後說要幫我升級到相關團隊處理,大概需要一個禮拜時間
並且說最近需要重啟的帳號比較多,叫我耐心等候
現在我能做的就只能祈禱了...
