簡單的數學
假設兩間房子,一大一小地段差不多
大的值2000萬小的值1000萬
你有三百萬現金只買得起小的
過幾年房價漲了六成
大的值3200萬小的值1600萬
你賣掉小的還完貸款
手頭最少最少也有900萬現金
差不多也夠付大間的頭期款了
所以只有一間房子自住的人
房價漲不算賺到嗎? 其實賺翻啦

補充一下
這是假設房價只漲不跌的情況
至於數字問題 自己可以等比例增減
比如說以上數字都砍半等等
操作上也有寬限期之類的作法
當然我只是在解釋過去十年來
只有一間房子還是能賺這一點
至於未來... 沒人能保證
