我個人覺得你要怎麼吃。
以我點大麥克(小麥克)的習慣。
我都要求特製。不要大麥克醬。多生菜、多洋蔥。
這樣可以減輕鈉含量的攝取。(不要醬,鈉含量就減輕很多了)

另外,台灣的麥當勞,我覺得比其他速食店好的地方。
他的套餐,中薯可以換沙拉。
飲料可以換成鮮奶。
如果你沙拉也沒有加什麼千島醬或和風醬的話。
那麥當勞賣的套餐,可以當作減肥餐。
營養、又可減肥。

我之前很愛。
但是,發現他的生菜是隔夜菜,大黃瓜爛掉,還續賣。我就不願再光顧了。
至少,版上很多在麥麥打工過的朋友,告知麥麥處理生菜沙拉的方式。我覺得比較安心。
