[問題] 備餐微波加熱
各位先進好,想請問板友有沒有將備餐微波加熱後放置保冷袋直到中午再吃的經驗?
#操作詳密流程為:
1.前一晚將週末準備好備餐從冷凍放置冷藏。
2.早上起來使用微波爐將備餐進行加熱,再將已加熱完成的備餐放置保冷袋。(內有保冰劑)
3.中午用餐時間將備餐從保冷袋拿出用餐。
P.S 可能各位有疑問為什麼不在公司進行微波?或是早起備餐?
其原因有二
1.目前上班是搭乘大眾交通系統,為了避免人潮擁擠,目前做法是提早搭車時段避開人潮,所以無法早起備餐。
2.工作地點沒有蒸飯或微波機器(基本上同事都是外食)
