[問題] 煮湯時會需要先將骨頭烤過嗎
在網路上有看到別人分享的作法是會先將骨頭烤到有點焦脆的感覺再放入鍋中燉煮
想問一下這樣和不烤直接放味道會有什麼差嗎
還有什麼樣的骨頭都適合嗎
目前都是看到牛骨和豬骨這樣處理
不知道雞骨會不會不太適合
