[問題] 等級低的牛排如何變美味
最近跟流行買了直播拍賣的牛排
有肋眼、比臉大、菲力
剛剛煎了塊肋眼來吃
肉的厚度跟夜市厚切牛排差不多
咬下去沒什麼肉汁可言
(煎完有靜置,熟度也約5-7分)
去美福隨便買一塊牛排都屌打...
之前在美國有試過醃汽水加醬油煎
印象中不錯吃
請問有沒有什麼推薦的醃法或烹調方式
