[問題] 有反推舒肥的理由嗎
因為anova的特價
感覺做舒肥料理的人越來越多了
看了很多網路文章
都把舒肥後的口感形容的更上一層次
但撇除烹調時間之外
有人對舒肥這個烹調方式是反推的嗎
因為爬文對舒肥幾乎是一面倒的評價
想聽聽使用者真正的使用心聲
需要滅火..不然感覺每次爬文都會自燃

容易烹煮過頭的湯品是指什麼?
有爬文似乎真空不是舒肥的必要條件?不知道用一般密封袋放水中排出空氣跟使用真空機
