[問題] 漢堡排沒湯汁
有人知道要怎麼煎牛肉漢堡才有湯汁嗎?
我按照食譜步驟是:
牛餃肉剁一剁之後,灑上一些調味並抹些蛋液在手上,然後拍一拍把空氣拍掉,最後中間
捏個洞用大火煎,並且盡量不翻面。
可是吃起來好乾,沒有外面賣那種手工漢堡,非常多汁的感覺。
請問是少了甚麼步驟嗎?
