[問題] 保存青菜的方法?或者食譜?
昨天買了很大的青花菜x2
包心白菜2
一個人一天兩餐,應該也很難快速消化,
冰箱裏還有板豆腐、金針菇、青椒、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、玉米
請問有沒有建議的菜單?或者要怎樣保存才不會太快就壞了?
肉類的話有大雞腿、薄鹽鯖魚
還有在ikea買的肉丸
