我剛剛去實驗了一下,一下是結果
我先裝一盆水,然後放一個盤子在裡面,避免水餃黏鍋
底,中間都沒去攪動它,只有拍照而已。

把要煮的水餃全丟下去,然後火開到最大

十分鐘左右,差不多就是冷水煮到滾的時間,不過我多滾
了30秒才撈起。

吃起來口感比我用熱水下鍋時煮的Q一點,我想如果水滾時我馬上撈起
來,應該會更好一點,水餃應該會更完整,這樣煮的好處就是方便,
算懶人煮法,另外有板友提到加冷水下去,這次我沒試,下次再來試,
我想應該會比較Q。

其實我放盤子是想試看看"都不去管它的話會不會黏住",當然不嫌
