[問題] 雞蛋
平板排版不順請見諒
這幾個月去大買家量販店買自有品牌的盒裝雞蛋
選購時都選保存期限有半個月以上近一個月的包裝
都覺得有以下狀況
1.蛋殻很薄
2.將蛋打到碗裡蛋白很稀,一點都不稠
3.將蛋放入冷水或熱水裡,經過瓦斯爐加熱,水就整個是混濁的白色
煮成全白色、成固狀的蛋白片卻只剩大概3*2*0.3公分大小的5片左右
且口感超軟,像在吃奶酪,一點都不Q
而蛋黃煮全熟的顏色偏很淡的淡黃色
請問這種蛋是有問題的嗎?
