[問題] 關於蘿蔔排骨湯
各位前輩好
想跟大家請教一下,蘿蔔排骨湯要如何煮才會好喝?
我星期天買了排骨及白蘿蔔後
先將排骨川燙去血水後,再把白蘿蔔切塊
一起丟入大同電鍋去煮,最後再灑鹽巴調味
但吃起來感覺上湯不夠味,而且肉味蓋過了蘿蔔味
請問有什麼地方要留意的嗎?? 謝謝大家
