Participants filmed the minutes-long stunt and posted it to YouTube. The videos show at least a half-dozen souped up cars stopping traffic. The group broke up when someone yelled, “5-O,” a moniker for police. California Highway Patrol officers said they’re investigating the incident. “In my 35 years in the department, I’ve never seen anything like this,” CHP Sgt. Diana McDermott told reporters Monday. “It’s just unreasonable, it looks like something you would see on a video game or something, but these are real-life incidents, and it takes seconds – seconds – for a fatal collision to happen at any time.” 新聞連結: http://blog.sfgate.com/crime/2013/01/28/sideshow-stunt-shuts-down-i-880-video/ ＊轉錄新聞/情報，必須附上原文網址連結及心得或意見30字(不含標點符號)＊這個事件發生在美國加州舊金山灣區，大聯盟A's 主場附近。 JAN. 26 星期六的下午，I-880 高速公路在 Oakland Coliseum 附近所有北向的五個車道路面都被街頭飆車族堵住車流，至少有六輛改裝車在高速公路路面表演飄移並用輪胎畫圈圈(donut) 。觀察網路上流傳的影片，他們一夥至少有10輛車，後面的車並排停滿各車道，好讓前面幾輛車在淨空的高速公路路面狂飆特技。他們有人負責拍攝影片，也有人負責監聽警察無線電，在警察趕到之前逃離現場。 CHP 與Caltrans居然讓這批街頭飆車族玩這麼誇張的遊戲，而且都沒抓到人，現在透過新聞媒體請民眾提供線索檢舉。看來CHP 與Caltrans應該加強路段車流監控，必要時派直升機協助追捕逃跑車輛。也許舊金山灣區平日比較少高速公路追捕事件，若發生在南加州，應該立刻會有警方直升機在天空盤旋協助地面警車追捕，甚至多架新聞媒體的直升機也會同時在天空實況轉播。以下是相關的影片與新聞報導連結。 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SkSW0Kaf9os
