[問題] 不喜歡爬坡OR找不到爬坡訣竅的困擾
各位大大大家好,
小弟前陣子因為爬坡實在太喘,平時運動也不知道要去那裡運動所以放棄了腳踏車一陣子
,改去跑步,但是現在又因為體重的關係導致跑完嚴重影響膝蓋,所以還是回到腳踏車的行列
但是在腳踏車上的問題依舊沒解
問題在於:平日晚上不知道要去哪裡騎 由於為的是身體健康而運動
所以目前預計是一次運動一小時
但是中和地區一小時能夠來回的地方目前還是沒有理想的路線
曾經嘗試爬過達觀 烘爐地,結果就是爬坡喘到爆心跳也爆
對於爬坡感到恐懼 腳很酸 很喘 但爬上去卻沒有成就感 只有終於到了的感覺
請教版上各位大大 像我這種運動方式的話 有沒有推薦的路線或方式呢?

我在猜應該是體重的關係,我體重98左右
踩坡真的是非常累,感覺好像還是得要騎平路比較適合..

我的車是DEFY3
我當然知道要動就會累...但是每次爬坡的是上氣不接下氣甚至到頭暈感覺也不太對
所以才上來問是不是有更好的"方式"
且我本身膝蓋有受過傷(十字韌帶重建)
所以還在找對的方法就是了
看來還是要從緩坡開始 不知道達觀鎮算不算緩坡= =?
