[問題] 如何提升功率,該如何訓練和調整飲食

在提升功率的同時,希望體重也能降低才行
事情是這樣,最近為了玩遊戲不小新買功率計
以本魯肥宅的狀況來說
放空騎可達150Watt,認真騎有200Watt
硬幹可以250Watt
不過250Watt騎沒幾分鐘,就喘不過氣,胃洽酸
胸痛,肌肉酸,感覺好像快掛了
雖然心跳才15X,可是我才29歲啊
一堆M3X比賽騎乘平均心跳都有17X Orz
還有本魯體重是某踩爆5X車友的兩倍
前陣子搬家,工作不順,喜歡的女孩有男朋友
暴飲暴食之下,體重來到13X的新高點(T_T)
昨天在遊戲中和ZSG團跟騎維持推力比1.5
最後還是被海放 QQ
回歸正題,到底要怎樣才能增進功率輸出
買BCAA?買壓縮襪?刮體毛?
飲食方面本魯食量一整天下來有一般人3倍
要戒掉也太難Orz
因為食物是本魯目前唯一快樂的泉源(T_T)
目前打算從高澱粉飲食改高蛋白飲食
不過也很難,畢竟家裡附近是基隆廟口
三餐也都吃它
總之想請教板上的各位大大
有什麼方法能降低體重的同時增加輸出功率
短期目標是12月初以前達到250Watt/125Kg
中期目標275Watt/110Kg
後期目標315Watt/90Kg (遠目)
