[問題] 提拉米蘇吃起來像慕斯
這假日試著去做提拉米蘇
我是選擇無蛋無吉利丁的做法
做完後冰了八小時
整個八吋的蛋糕體雖然無流動性
但是吃起來就是慕斯的感覺
跟在外面蛋糕店吃的提拉米蘇口感差滿多的(8X度的提拉米蘇)
想問一下
以下這種做法口感像慕斯是否正常
那要像外面賣的提拉米蘇有人能分享一下食譜嗎

500g的馬士卡彭(美國牌子)
250g鮮奶油(有打發倒扣不會掉)
24條拇指餅乾
25g糖
