[問題] 如何打出潔白綿密維持久的麵包店裝飾奶油
敢問各位前輩
要如何才能打出潔白綿密的裝飾奶油呢?
鮮奶油加糖隔冰水打發 發是發了 但總覺得質地跟麵包店看到的不一樣
不夠白而且短時間就會"花花"的
是不是有什麼secret ingredient我沒加?
