[閒聊] 長期在家超慢跑,外出跑步會不適應嗎?
請問各位女孩們
之前因為疫情和天氣因素,
長期都在家裡運動,用的是超慢跑方式,沒有跑步機,
之後外出要跑步時身體上會不會不適應?
立定跑步和向前跑步鍛鍊的腳部肌肉部位不同,應該會有些差異嗎?
各位女孩有經驗可以分享嗎?謝謝
