大家晚安~
對於身材一直有個困擾 上半身我是穿S~M
可是下半身就很胖都要穿到L甚至XL
吃的也算一般沒有特別多
平常下班因為久站都會抬腿跟按摩那些
偶爾也會去慢跑運動
不知道板友可以幫忙推薦些運動或器材
對瘦下半身有幫助的嗎~謝謝QQ
