發洩後,覺得不太妙
生活壓力累積
工作,失眠,生病
討厭這樣子
不知道該如何是好
一直以來都不太正常舒壓
偶爾用花錢暫時得到快樂
運動後心煩還是不好睡
感冒藥讓人變腫...

什麼方法可以讓腦袋快樂???
