[閒聊] 腳踝的訓練方式及避免踩到對方腳自保方式
打排球最怕的應該就是翻船...
今天在欄近網球時,對面攻擊手落地後腳伸到對方場區,
然後我欄網落下後就剛好踩在他的腳上,
扭了一下 差點就翻了...(當下有一點痛的感覺..)
最近也有學妹因為類似情況球季就掰掰了,
不過他是自己越界去踩到對方的腳...
我想問的是像這種欄網者下來踩到對方攻擊者越過來的腳 或是
攻擊下來踩到對方欄網者越過來的腳 有沒有自保方式...
另一個是想問腳踝部分肌力訓練的方式有哪些
之前有老師是說 會扭傷 就是肌力不夠,才一扭就那麼嚴重
前陣子有在做版上的air alert
裡面有個動作是墊腳尖跟用腳尖跳的那個
感覺上是這兩個讓我今天不至於扭的嚴重,但也難保下次會不會扭更嚴重...
