[問題] 托球
想請問一下
最近在練托球
可是我大姆指練久會痛=_=
有時候還會給他扭到一下
學長說這是因為我球進來的時候
是先碰到大拇指
正確的應該是四指要先吸進來再碰到拇指
想請問有什麼方法可以改善嗎!?
另外我推平球的時候
常常會把球推的太高然後會旋轉
是因為手太開或是因為舉球的位置不對嗎!???
