[北美] Automatic Revalidation
今年聖誕節想要搭curise去Bahamas或是Caribbean
想再多做確定一下
我在八月的時候從H1轉成了F2(在此之前沒有拿過F2)
已經在九月底拿到approval了 但是尚未回台辦stamp
在這邊查到的資料寫著

Under the automatic revalidation provision of immigration law, certain
temporary visitors holding expired nonimmigrant visas who seek to return to
the U.S. may be admitted at a U.S. port of entry by CBP
我手上並沒有過期的F2 VISA 請問這樣還算是Automatic Revalidation內嗎?
另外 還想請問的是
根據網站上寫著F 和J可去附近離島
最後一項寫著Other British, French, and Netherlands territory or possessions
in or bordering on the Caribbean Sea
是否任何Caribbean的cruise都可搭呢?
會有任何無法入境的風險嗎?
