Thank you very much for the information.
You mentioned that new verison of I-129 (11/2010) lists the requirement of
Export Control.
However, my H1B was transferred from previous company
to the current company on May, 2010. My I-129 was filled in
the version of 03/11/09. Therefore, I could not find any information
about Export Control on my I-129.
In this case, why are they still able to claim the issue of Export Control
to me? Do I need to ask my layer to emphasize this difference?
