[英中] 請益有關保單條文
以下有兩個我想很久還是不確定是否翻的正確的句子
向各位請益一下
(都是保單的條款，因為對貨物保險不太熟，所以有點難以理解）
The insurance does not cover any loss or damage to the property which at the
time of the happening of such loss or damage is insured by or would but for
the existence of this policy be insured by any fire or other insurance policy
or policies except in respect of any excess beyond the amount which would
have been payable under the fire or other insurance policy or policies had
this insurance not been effected.
我的翻譯是:
如在財產損害發生時，該財產已投保任何火險或其他保險，或如未有本保險存在則將會
投保任何火險或其他保險，則該財產損害不在本保險涵蓋範圍內，除非本保險未生效時
而該金額已超出火險或其他保險應給付之金額。
（但其實最後一句不是很確定原意是什麼？）
In witness whereof, I the Undersigned of XXX(保險公司名稱) on behalf of the
said Company have subscribed My Name in the place sepcified as above to the
policies, the issued numbers thereof being specified as above, of the same
tenor and date, one of which being accomplished, the others to be viod, as
of the date specified as above.
我的翻譯是:
本人代表XXX保險公司於上述保單指定處簽署本人姓名，保單編號如上所述，
並有相同期間及日期，前開期間及日期如有其一已實現，則另一無效。
（同樣不太懂最後一句的原意是什麼？）
