[討論] 遇到強勢老闆該怎辦?
小弟不才,最近部門來了一個新主管,工作上開始越來越無力
因為老闆擁有出色的向上管理、強勢的向下管理能力
上面交辦的事情,他幾乎就一股腦往下丟,也不會幫下屬評估是否時間足夠
再加上他是從其他部門調來,對於部門內部作業與系統十分不熟
因此,要得到老闆的幫忙簡直比登天還難
在上級主管來看,他確實是個出色的人才
但對於下屬來看,強勢的向下管理卻讓人喘不過氣來
基本上,他擁有超強的先入為主觀念(就算他的想法錯誤也是十分堅持)
簡單來說,要去說服他猶如爬天堂路一樣,因為他會一直Challenge
再來,他發出信件與訊息後,他會開始用盡各種方法找你,然後跟你說他有寄信給你
不知道各位前輩對於這種主管,有什麼建議?
