想像一下:在一間房子內，有座壁爐燒著柴火，而壁爐前面有一張舒適的沙發。這樣的環境氛圍適合思考與想像。溫暖的火源與舒適的環境能激發出妳許多天馬行空的想法。妳或許有些偉大的夢想，呣呣，但妳未曾給它們較多的關注。也許是因為一絲生活家計而在日常忙碌與奔波。但對自己的夢想多付出點信心，那麼它就有機會實現。無論是爐火前的舒適沙發，或是其他事物，去製造一個會讓妳想像變現實的環境吧! 註:實踐之前我們不談夢想，因為「夢」不是真實的。在這裡，我們談「理想」並加以實踐，對自己些許時間或信心就能成真。 When one sits in front of a crackling fire on a comfy sofa , it is easy to get lost in dreams and thoughts.
