時間似乎越過越快。尤其是當你活得越久，越有這種感觸。在過去多數的時間裡，我們常常在家庭、工作、甚至是一絲溫飽的機會中奔波，以至於無法調劑自我。「時間不夠阿!!」是你我心裡共同的吶喊。確實，在時間面前大家都是平等的，呣呣，但你需要做的是將一些零碎的時間空出來給自己。試著把一些放鬆的行程排進自己的日程表中，這部分無須妥協，因為，你有權享受自己的時間與生活。 Life seems to speed faster and faster. The older you get, the faster it goes. And these days, many of us are so busy and overwhelmed with work, family matters, and sometimes simply surviving, that we often fail to enjoy ourselves.
