答案揭曉:原句為Ponderning by the river, I saw the shepherd boy and one sheep " that were" walking along the bank suddenly fell into the river. 但應該是省略 that were 變成 walking 可是that 不能省(關代混淆)，只省略were 就變成 that walking 以上，我們都沒學好QQ ※ 編輯: sambine (36.233.145.73), 03/28/2018 17:12:17

後來問了以前的班導師，他給了這說法覺得比較合理(轉述並整理他的說法，以下) To the best of my knowledge, there are usually three choices in the TOEIC ques tions. If there are only three choices, then C will be OK.
