其實第一眼看到題目時，直覺的選擇是(A)，但看到答案後，想了一下文法規則：
regret + to RV. => to tell someone,to inform someone of some bad news
簡單說，不定詞是在deliver bad news
regret + Ving => something that happened in past.
簡單說，動名詞是 a mistake, feel bad almost
再回到題目，regret_______(發生在前)，and apologize for ______(道歉行為在後)
套回題目裡，最後答案是Ving，看了一下選項，只有B可以選擇
(重新彙整一下文章，大修正過，有不足的地方，懇請指正)
但說真的，如果真是自己在考試當下，這題我會錯!!!還是會依直覺作答^^"
因為~~~直覺永遠是考試最大的bug XDD
