第二句錯誤 應改寫
I see the pretty girl.
(形容詞99%的情形下都要放在名詞之前

其實只要替換一下你就知道能不能省略
I see the girl who is my sister.
I see the girl my sister.
很明顯不行吧!

至於3F提到的是當關代後面是動詞時
省略關代後 be動詞 改成 (being) 省略掉
分詞改Ving (表主動)
改Vpp (表被動)
I see the girl who is playing baseball.
= I see the girl playing baseball.
